Terms & Conditions

AGE

All drivers must be between 22 - 70 years old and in possession of a full driving licence.  British licences must be held for a minimum of 2 years, overseas licence requirements age 22 – 70 and held for minimum of 2 years. 

Allowances can be made for minor endorsements (please contact us for details).

DOCUMENTS

• Driving licence for all drivers (photo-card and counterpart)
• 2 Proof of address (utility bill - bank statement - tenancy agreement)
• Credit/Debit card for deposit

DEPOSIT

A Deposit of £350.00 is required on commencement of hire as well as the rental cost (credit/debit card only)

INSURANCE

The hirer is provided with insurance and the hirer is liable for the excess shown on the rental contract, please note the deposit excess may vary depending on circumstances.  Clients failing to turn up 'no shows' will be charged for in full.

PAYMENT TERMS

The hire charge and deposit are required in full before the commencement of the hire.  Pre-paid bookings require 48 hours cancellation notice or fees will be forfeited.

USE OF VEHICLE

A mileage allowance applies to all hires, CDW insurance is available (subject to conditions)

FUEL REQUIREMENTS

Hirer to purchase fuel as required, vans and cars to be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of hire, any extra fuel left in tank at end of hire will not be credited.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

Only the hire and named drivers approved at the time of hire are permitted to drive the vehicle.  The hired vehicle may not be taken outside the UK mainland without the Drive Car Hires consent.

LCV / LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

Recent and regular driving experience is required when driving/hiring our larger commercial vehicles.

24 HR BREAKDOWN RECOVERY

In the unlikely event that one of our vehicles breakdown, Please call 020 7308 1360, all of our vehicles are provided with full breakdown cover.
